We get it — our new Carson Valley Meats Beef Cuts & Cooking Cookbook is full of recipes, tips, and rancher wisdom. That can feel like a lot if you’re just getting started. So let’s keep it simple: start with one cut, one roast, and turn it into two meals.
That cut? Brisket.
It’s a ranch favorite — flavorful, hearty, and the definition of comfort when cooked low and slow. And the best part? Leftovers transform beautifully into a ranch-style breakfast hash the next day.
Here’s how to do it. (Download our Carson Valley Meats Brisket Quick Start Guide here!)
